Do You Yoga?

Sunday is Yoga Day in the world of the 21 Day Fix. It is one of my favorite days because, as an active recovery day, you are still stretching and using your muscles but you are also able to relax and decompress. As you focus on your breathing, you can think about all of the negative energy leaving your body with every exhale and drawing in all of the positive vibes with every inhale. It is important to listen to your body and only stretch as far as it will allow you to. Some days you may be feeling very flexible and other days you may struggle to touch your toes. That's okay - as long as you listen to what your body is telling you.
