I love pork as "the other white meat" but sometimes I can find it pretty blah. This recipe is so easy and delicious, it's silly. I served them with Sweet Potato Fries with a Creamy Curry Sauce and Baked Ranch Baby Carrots.

INGREDIENTS:

2 pork chops, bone in

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 teaspoons brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 325F.

2. Rinse pork chops and pat dry with paper towel.

3. Line a shallow baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

4. Coat both sides of the pork chops with salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Rub it in good.

5. Bake for 15 minutes on center rack of oven. Turn over and bake for an addition 15 minutes. (30 minutes total baking time.)

6. Remove from oven and let rest on a plate for about 5 minutes before serving.
